To be legally binding, yes - you'll need a valid Florida marriage license in hand when you arrive.

We also offer non-legally binding “commitment ceremonies” that look and feel just as special, without the paperwork!

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Both parties must apply in person together.

• You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID

• You do not need to be a Florida resident

• Marriage licenses are issued by Florida county clerks of court. You can apply at any county courthouse in Florida.

• Florida Residents: There is a 3-day waiting period to obtain your license. Non-Residents: No waiting period.

• Marriage license is valid for 60 days from the date it's issued.

Our standard ceremonies are secular. (non-religious)

If you’d like to incorporate religious elements, prayers or other meaningful traditions into your ceremony, please reach out to us directly.

No. Florida does not require witnesses to be legally married.

Upon booking, you will have the option to pay in full OR 50% retainer up-front and 50% due later, up to 30 days before your booking date.

50% retainers are non-refundable. See policies for more details.

Yes! No photographer fees here.

Don’t have a photographer? We can make a fabulous recommendation.

Yes! It’s $200/hour to rent the chapel for photo purposes only. Bring your own photographer and have access to the full space, including the Sweethearts Suite.

We highly recommend carpooling whenever possible and using nearby street parking when available.

There is also a paid parking lot neaby- however, please be sure to pay accurately for your time, as it is actively monitored at all times.

Sure is! Our glamorous ‘Sweethearts Suite’ is located in our upstairs loft. Inquire within to add this on before your ceremony. View the vanity suite here.

**Time in the suite is included in ‘Miami Lovers', ‘Over The Moon’ + ‘Madly In Love’ package. Extra time can be added at check-out.

Children are welcome in the ceremony room. Keep in mind that the ceremony space is filled with delicate white fabric and children must be supervised at all times.

Any accidents will be the responsibility of the booking party and may result in additional charges.

The Sweethearts Suite vanity lounge is adults-only.

Yes to champagne!

To keep the space clean, elevated, and photo-ready at all times, outside food is not permitted.

Anything not cleared with us beforehand will not be allowed inside.

Yes! Package rate stays the same.

If you choose to bring your own officiant, you will still need to obtain and bring a valid Florida marriage license.

When using an outside officiant, Little Rose Chapel is not responsible for the completion, filing or return of your marriage license.

You can always bring your own bridal bouquet or floral arrangements.

There are two pedestals on each side of the altar to display florals. 12×12” inches in diameter.

We cannot legally perform a ceremony if either member of the couple appears to be intoxicated. Sorry!

We run a tight ship to make magic happen! Please factor in traffic and parking time.

Doors will open no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time.

If ceremony is delayed more than 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes.

Little Rose Chapel is for those who want something beautiful without the overwhelm.

No harsh courthouse lighting, no weather stress. It’s an intimate experience where you can be fully yourself and present in your own moment.
