If you want it to be legally binding, yes - you'll need a valid Florida marriage license whether you're a Florida resident or visiting from out of town. We also offer non-legally binding ceremonies that look and feel just as special, without the paperwork.

Marriage licenses are issued by Florida county clerks of court. You can apply at any county courthouse in Florida.
Florida Residents: There is a 3-day waiting period to obtain your license. Non-Residents: No waiting period - you can marry the same day you get your license.
Marriage license is valid for 60 days from the date it's issued.

No. Florida does not require witnesses to be legally married.

We run a tight ship to make magic happen. Please arrive at the exact time listed in your contract—not earlier, not later. If you’re more than 15 minutes late and we have another wedding after yours, we won’t be able to extend your time. No exceptions.

Yes - there’s no fee to bring your own photographer. Don’t have one? We’ve got fabulous in-house packages too.
