Policies & Guidelines
BOOKING & ACCURACY
Clients must abide by agreed-upon guest counts and selected services.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion if any information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
You have the option to pay 50% retainer up front and the remaining 50% at least 30 days before your booking.
If you choose to pay only 50% retainer upfront, this retainer is non-refundable.
Failure to pay in full at least 30 days before your booking will result in cancellation without refund of retainer.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the booking date will forfeit additional payments made.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling after 60 days is subject to only to availability (one time only - within 12 months) and may incur a $250 re-scheduling fee.
ARRIVAL & TIMING
Events must begin and end promptly at the agreed-upon times.
If you arrive late or choose to delay your ceremony to accommodate late guests, certain amenities may no longer be available.
If more than 15 minutes late, your ceremony is subject to cancellation and is non-refundable.
Overtime usage may be permitted if available and will be billed at an additional hourly rate.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
We highly recommend rideshare or carpooling, as parking is limited and may fill quickly.
Miami traffic may cause delays; refunds will not be issued due to lateness.
GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY
Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, vendors, and other clients.
We reserve the right to remove any individual who is disruptive, unsafe, or damaging property without refund.
No illegal activity, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove intoxicated guests.
We will not perform the ceremony if the couple is intoxicated - no refund will be given.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
VENUE RULES
No colored liquids or food permitted: This includes, but is not limited to, coffee, red wine, matcha, juices, sauces, or any items that may stain surfaces or furnishings
Pets must be leashed at all times. Up to two pets maximum.
No smoking inside the venue.
No open flames.
Certain areas of the venue may be restricted to staff only.
Do not leave bulk trash.
DECOR & DAMAGE
All decor MUST be approved prior to installation.
Glitter, confetti, rice or similar materials will incur a $150+ cleaning fee.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
Any damage to property, decor, equipment, or furnishings will be charged to the client.
'SWEETHEARTS SUITE' VANITY LOUNGE
Furniture, decor, and items in the vanity lounge are fragile and must be treated with care at all times.
Roughhousing, jumping or any disruptive behavior is prohibited.
No Children: The vanity lounge is an adult-focused styling and prep space.
Shoes must never be placed on sofas, chairs, vanities, or any other furnishings.
NO items of any kind, including bags, drinks, personal belongings, or decor may be placed on the balcony at any time. The balcony is not to be used for storage or staging.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, or staining (including makeup, tanning oils, beverages, or similar products).
The space is inspected before and after each booking to document condition and ensure proper care.
VENDORS
Outside vendors must be approved in advance.
Vendors must comply with venue rules, timing, and safety requirements.
We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors.
MOTORCYCLE PHOTO-OP PROP
The motorcycle photo-op includes access to the motorcycle prop only. Photography services are not included. Clients are responsible for providing their own photographer separately.
The motorcycle may not be started or tampered with for any reason.
Guests assume all responsibility and liability for their use of the prop.
Little Rose Chapel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from interaction with the motorcycle.
Any damage caused to the motorcycle by you or your guests may result in additional repair or replacement fees.
MEDIA & PROMOTION
We may photograph or record events for promotional purposes. Please contact us directly if you would like to opt out.
GENERAL TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to all future bookings.
